Responsibilities include scripting, platform architecture, requirements analysis, Agile development, performance optimization, system integration, and advising functional and administrative teams on ServiceNow best practices. The role supports multiple instances and domains, collaborates with business and technology stakeholders, and helps maintain platform stability and enterprise monitoring standards.

Leads requirements gathering, process design, gap analysis, user story development, and UAT for federal ServiceNow implementations. Partners with stakeholders, Agile teams, architects, and developers to create scalable, compliant solutions. Reviews requirements and designs, develops workflows and process maps, supports backlog quality, mentors junior staff, and produces SOPs, user guides, training materials, and federal-grade deliverables. Ensures alignment with ServiceNow best practices, Section 508, FISMA, and NIST controls.
