I joined Liftoff for a challenge - the opportunity to work at a huge scale with new technologies. I got that, but what keeps me here is the supportive, constructive environment in which engineers help each other learn and grow.

I enjoy working at Liftoff because I have great autonomy over my work, and when I have an idea, I do feel listened to. In line with our company values, discourse and transparency are encouraged across all levels.

I started as an intern and accepted a full-time offer because I knew my team would be supportive of my professional goals. So far, in my first few months, I’ve led a companywide lunch & learn, and I became my team’s culture lead. Overall, I’ve exceeded my expectations in expanding my skill set and have become more confident in my professional self.
