Perform clinical reviews of admissions and continued stays, verify insurance coverage and certifications, coordinate with managed care organizations and interdisciplinary teams, complete pre-/re-certifications and appeals, arrange peer-to-peer reviews, and report denials while supporting discharge planning and documentation compliance.

Lead and oversee a hospital-wide Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement program.
