Perform clinical reviews of admissions and continued stays, verify insurance coverage and certifications, coordinate with managed care organizations and interdisciplinary teams, complete pre-/re-certifications and appeals, arrange peer-to-peer reviews, and report denials while supporting discharge planning and documentation compliance.

Oversee outpatient clinical programs including supervision, performance management, chart audits, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and program operations. Coordinate with Medical Director, referral sources, and treatment teams to ensure documentation, patient safety, and satisfaction. Manage transportation compliance and participate in complaint resolution and program improvement.

Manage daily operations of an assigned clinic/department including staff management, scheduling, recruitment, payroll, budget and vendor oversight, regulatory compliance (HIPAA), supplies/equipment needs, staff development, and fostering professional growth to align with organizational objectives.
