Requires energetic communication, outdoor work in varied weather, and the ability to wave, dance, and stand for up to eight hours. May involve driving between businesses.

Supervise daily operations for a seasonal tax office, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, customer service, compliance, reporting, and documentation. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management for office staff. Monitor tax preparation accuracy, resolve client concerns, execute local marketing initiatives, and report office performance to regional leadership. The role requires evening and weekend availability during peak tax season.
