Leads end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation and B2B software initiatives using Agile/Scrum. Responsibilities include managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, documentation, stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams; driving continuous improvement, quality, innovation, and business outcomes; and coaching team members. The role also involves customer collaboration, delivery reporting, process optimization, and applying emerging technologies such as automation and AI.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across front-end, back-end, APIs, and data integrations. Lead feature delivery from architecture through deployment, partner with Platform and DevOps teams on CI/CD and observability, resolve complex technical issues, contribute to Agile Scrum processes, influence architecture, maintain documentation, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Leads technical business analysis for complex technology programs involving agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise integrations. Defines requirements, user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria; partners with architects, engineers, and product teams on solution design, APIs, integrations, and roadmaps. Manages risks and dependencies, facilitates senior stakeholder decisions, governs requirements traceability, and mentors business analysts while establishing best practices.
