Support architectural design project delivery by preparing proposals and project documents, managing contracts and COIs, maintaining electronic records, performing quality control, coordinating client communications and schedules, and providing administrative support to project managers and consultants from proposal through project closeout.

Lead and optimize administrative and operational functions for consulting teams. Drive process improvement, performance tracking, workforce development, cross-functional collaboration, client support, and reporting to achieve departmental objectives.

The Project Engineer will manage smaller engineering projects, oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and perform design work while coordinating project teams and ensuring quality execution.
