Support architectural design project delivery by preparing proposals and project documents, managing contracts and COIs, maintaining electronic records, performing quality control, coordinating client communications and schedules, and providing administrative support to project managers and consultants from proposal through project closeout.

The Project Engineer will manage smaller engineering projects, oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and perform design work while coordinating project teams and ensuring quality execution.

The designer will create layouts for vertical transportation equipment, manage projects, coordinate with consultants, and ensure compliance with codes and specifications.

Coordinate and support elevator and vertical transportation projects from initiation through completion. Maintain schedules, communicate with clients and contractors, track deliverables, perform quality checks, assist with technical documentation, and conduct periodic field visits. Build technical expertise in elevator systems and support project teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.
