Teams at LeoLabs

Leads technical execution of mission-critical radar, software, data, and space systems programs. Serves as the liaison among customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders while managing scope, schedules, risks, resources, requirements, integration, testing, deployment, and performance. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, supports radar architecture and mission integration, facilitates technical reviews, engages customers, and contributes to proposals and continuous process improvement.

Develop and operate mission-critical cloud software for space domain awareness and radar operations. Responsibilities include building distributed backend services and full-stack systems, translating customer needs into requirements, ensuring reliability and security, supporting production operations and on-call rotations, and collaborating with radar, product, data science, and systems engineering teams. The role supports U.S. federal defense and intelligence contracts and uses generative AI to improve software quality and security.

Own the strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and growth of LeoLabs’ Space Domain Awareness software product. Translate customer, mission, and market needs into product requirements and priorities; partner with Engineering through development and launch; define packaging, pricing, positioning, and metrics; and support Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success. The role requires space or national-security industry experience, strong technical and commercial judgment, customer engagement skills, and periodic domestic and international travel.
