Develop, enhance, and support scalable web applications for LendingTree’s Insurance business. Build features, troubleshoot applications, integrate APIs and databases, improve performance, and contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, and technical design. Translate business requirements into maintainable solutions while collaborating with engineers and business partners. The role primarily uses C#/.NET and modern web technologies, with opportunities to work across new frameworks, cloud platforms, and AI-supported workflows.

Own and optimize automated and one-time email campaigns for LendingTree’s Insurance business. Responsibilities include CRM planning, segmentation, personalization, testing, deployment, performance analysis, stakeholder communication, and customer journey optimization. The role partners with marketing, analytics, CRM, and technology teams to improve engagement, conversion, and campaign effectiveness.

Lead the paid media strategy with a focus on SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels, driving lead generation and marketing effectiveness with a team-centered approach.
