Lead the paid media strategy with a focus on SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels, driving lead generation and marketing effectiveness with a team-centered approach.

Design, develop, maintain, and improve scalable web applications for LendingTree’s Insurance business. Build integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party services; troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems; translate requirements into reliable solutions; and contribute to testing, code reviews, documentation, Agile delivery, technical decisions, mentoring, and AI-enabled process improvements.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for insurance lead-generation solutions, including outbound prospecting, discovery, needs analysis, product recommendations, negotiation, closing, quota attainment, and pipeline management in Salesforce. Build relationships with insurance professionals and small business owners, maintain product knowledge, collaborate with teammates, and respond positively to coaching in a high-volume environment.

Build and operate batch and streaming data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data warehouses, dimensional models, and reusable data services. Improve reliability, performance, quality, and cost efficiency through monitoring, testing, automation, and incident response. Partner with analytics, data science, product, business, platform, and infrastructure teams to deliver production data solutions and roadmap initiatives. Apply AI-assisted tools responsibly to development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
