Lead development and integration of predictive pricing models for home insurance, modernize state rating plans, support rate filings, monitor performance and recommend pricing actions, analyze competitor strategies, develop pricing for expansion, build internal pricing analytics software, and coach/mentor analysts.

Lead and manage external contract adjusters for desk and catastrophe property claims. Oversee day-to-day performance, staffing, capacity modeling, file audits, escalations, and metric tracking (turnaround, CSAT, quality). Partner with property leadership to align contractor workflows with internal processes and evolving AI tools.

Own and grow Lemonade's independent agency channel by developing expansion strategy, prospecting and onboarding partners, managing performance, leading product expansion, analyzing engagement via CRM and Looker, surfacing market insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the agent experience.
