Develops and improves supplier capabilities, quality, capacity, delivery, cost, compliance, and supply continuity. Owns supplier scorecards, assessments, audits, qualifications, PPAP reviews, risk mitigation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partners with sourcing, operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, and global suppliers to improve performance and manufacturing readiness. The role requires 30–50% national and international travel and is remote for candidates near specified company locations.

Design and develop customized architectural lighting products using 3D modeling and mechanical design practices. Create engineering documentation, conduct manufacturability reviews, coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, certification agencies, and sales, and manage multiple projects against schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Research new materials and technologies, troubleshoot production and field issues, and ensure products are easy to manufacture, assemble, install, and maintain.

Three-year rotational finance program for recent graduates. Associates rotate through FP&A, accounting, operations finance, internal controls, and business partnering while developing skills in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, reconciliations, close activities, variance analysis, compliance, and strategic decision support. The role includes leadership development and mentorship, requires permanent U.S. work authorization, and requires willingness to travel, relocate, and live anywhere in the United States.
