Lead cross-functional S&OP/IBP for a make-to-order, project-driven business. Manages national AV integrator accounts by developing account plans, growing revenue, driving product adoption, and executing partner programs. Builds executive relationships, coordinates regional sales engagement, conducts business reviews and training, supports trade shows, maintains Salesforce records, resolves customer issues, and collaborates across internal departments. This remote role requires at least 50% travel and 3–5 years of sales experience.

Supports corporate sustainability and CSR initiatives across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. Responsibilities include maintaining emissions reporting platforms, analyzing environmental metrics, supporting energy-efficiency projects and supplier development, creating training materials, assisting with sustainability reports, conducting energy audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role develops skills in data management, sustainability reporting, sustainable procurement, manufacturing, communications, and carbon-reduction strategies.
