Leads the design and domain ownership of AI agents for enterprise HR operations, including payroll, time, benefits, and employee changes. Tailors solutions for customer policies and systems, supports implementations and escalations, and represents the company in executive workshops, demos, RFPs, and market engagements. The role requires deep HR operations expertise, HR technology implementation experience, compliance knowledge, process automation judgment, and the ability to translate complex HR processes into accurate agent behavior.

Build and lead Leena AI’s enablement function across internal teams, customers, and partners. Develop AI-first knowledge systems, in-product guidance, documentation, communities, playbooks, and partner accreditation. Establish enablement strategy, hire and manage the team, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure outcomes including self-service adoption, answer deflection, time to value, community engagement, and partner-led go-lives.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise customers, including executive demos, solution architecture, integrations, RFI/RFP responses, security questionnaires, and proofs of value. Configure AI agents and workflows, architect integrations across HR, IT, and Finance systems, support consultative selling, enable account executives, and share customer feedback with engineering and product teams.
