Manage project cost accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, subcontractor payments, equipment tracking, invoicing, reconciliations, cost reporting, and month-end journal entries. Support project managers with change orders, payment resolution, contractual compliance, and financial insights. The role requires construction accounting knowledge, ERP and construction software familiarity, analytical ability, and strong communication skills.

Owns project accounting activities including cost analysis, budget control, invoicing, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, subcontract administration, reconciliations, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting. The role provides project financial insights to leadership, manages billing documentation and equipment rentals, interprets contract terms, and supports accurate, timely reporting across construction projects.

Coordinate telecom maintenance and construction projects from scheduling through closeout. Maintain project logs and CRM records, prepare WIP and training reports, track costs, support forecasts and earned value metrics, manage change documentation and billing, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, field teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
