Coordinate telecom maintenance and construction projects from scheduling through closeout. Maintain project logs and CRM records, prepare WIP and training reports, track costs, support forecasts and earned value metrics, manage change documentation and billing, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, field teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Coordinates telecom site acquisition projects from initiation through completion. Maintains project logs and trackers, conducts status meetings, prepares WIP and performance reports, tracks costs, supports forecasting and billing, manages documentation and change processes, and collaborates with project managers, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, clients, and field teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Supports telecom infrastructure site acquisition by negotiating leases, coordinating zoning and permitting, managing site candidate packages, budgets, schedules, easements, title reviews, surveys, utility power, and legal documents. Collaborates with engineering, architectural, surveying, project management, landowner, and municipal stakeholders to secure approvals and deliver network sites. Requires approximately 20% travel and may transition to full-time in-office work in Florence, Kentucky.

Designs aerial and underground outside plant fiber optic and copper telecommunications networks, including FTTH and GPON systems. Creates system designs, bills of materials, power routes, one-line schematics, and construction quotes. Performs quality control, field checks, site walks, and OSP records interpretation while supporting construction teams on safety and quality. Collaborates with engineering, design, construction, utility, and cross-functional teams. The role is 90% home-based with occasional travel and may transition to office-based work near Florence, Kentucky.

Coordinates telecom maintenance and construction projects across scheduling, materials, access, cost tracking, reporting, billing, and closure. Maintains project logs and trackers, prepares WIP reports, forecasts, and earned value metrics, and uses Excel and Power BI for performance analysis. Collaborates with project managers, engineers, field teams, clients, and stakeholders to support job readiness, timely completion, change management, and continuous improvement. The role is remote or hybrid with travel to project sites and offices up to 15%.

Lead planning and delivery of large-scale telecommunications construction projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers). Oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk, permitting, subcontractors, contract negotiation, PQP implementation, and client communications. Provide strategic direction, optimize performance, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while pursuing new project opportunities and managing cross-functional teams.
