Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. Build multi-touch outreach sequences, cold call daily, book meetings for AEs, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, use AI tools, and meet monthly qualified-meeting targets while staying current on employee benefits and financial wellbeing trends.

Support day-to-day operations for a global team of financial planners: manage communications, onboarding, audits, scheduling, data hygiene, SOPs, and escalate issues to leadership to ensure a seamless member experience.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end RFP/RFI responses for B2B SaaS, creating persuasive proposal content, managing cross-functional contributors, maintaining content library in Loopio, tracking activity in HubSpot, and improving RFx processes to increase win rates.
