Lead LearnLux’s product vision, strategy, roadmap, and organization across member experiences and enabling platforms. Partner hands-on with Product, Design, and Engineering to define priorities, outcomes, and scalable global capabilities. Drive AI-powered product innovation, incorporate localization, regulation, privacy, and data considerations, and build a high-performing Product and Design organization. Collaborate across technical, commercial, and operational teams to improve engagement, retention, customer behavior, and financial outcomes.

Own strategy and roadmap for LearnLux’s enterprise SaaS platform across data, AI, compliance, global capabilities, integrations, and vendor partnerships. Define priorities, analyze data with SQL and AI tools, manage privacy and governance requirements, develop AI evaluations, and partner with Engineering and Data from discovery through delivery. The role supports global scale, complex enterprise integrations, and strategic build-versus-buy decisions.

Design and build scalable backend services, data systems, pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled features for an enterprise SaaS platform. Lead technical projects, improve reliability and security, automate engineering workflows, and collaborate with product, design, and data teams. The role requires hands-on ownership in a fast-moving startup environment, with a focus on distributed systems, architecture, performance, compliance, and operational excellence.

Build and ship AI/LLM-powered full-stack features across frontend and backend. Lead projects from concept to delivery, design scalable APIs and data models, adopt agentic AI development workflows, mentor teammates, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality product outcomes on cloud platforms.

Provide tax guidance and return preparation for high-net-worth clients with complex equity compensation, including ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, AMT, and multi-state filings. Advise on equity exercises, vesting, sales, and related tax planning. Own the Tax Pro workflow from document collection through filing, collaborate with CFP professionals, maintain accurate deadlines, and improve tax processes as the service scales.

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead strategic sales efforts with Fortune 1000 employers, owning the full sales cycle and managing relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving revenue, conducting consultative discovery, and navigating procurement processes.

Lead end-to-end client implementation engagements for LearnLux's financial wellbeing platform. Manage cross-functional teams, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and high-quality delivery. Drive process improvements, resolve issues, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
