Lead preschool classroom learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, follow licensing and company standards, and support children’s social, physical, and intellectual development. Build positive relationships with enrolled and prospective families while maintaining an engaging indoor and outdoor learning environment.

Supports classroom teachers by providing safe, engaging daily care for children; maintains a clean, organized learning environment; follows licensing and company standards; observes and communicates about children’s development; engages with families; completes childcare and child development training; and participates in indoor and outdoor physical activities.

Provide administrative and clerical support for a child care center, including bookkeeping, enrollment processing, staff scheduling, records maintenance, family communication, assisting teachers and children, opening/closing duties, and participating in hiring and staff onboarding.
