Lead the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of production AI/ML applications for dairy farm intelligence. Responsibilities include data wrangling, feature engineering, model selection, experimentation, MLOps, agent evaluation, observability, fine-tuning, AI governance, and adoption enablement. The role also involves collaborating on React and TypeScript user experiences, translating ambiguous requirements into scalable systems, and communicating technical tradeoffs across product, engineering, and dairy science teams.

Designs, develops, and maintains Databricks-based ETL pipelines, data lake architectures, datasets, and data warehouses supporting reporting, analytics, and AI/ML workloads. Troubleshoots and optimizes Databricks and SSIS processes, maintains SSRS reports, implements data quality controls, migrates legacy systems, and collaborates with business and technical teams. The role also promotes AI-assisted development practices and documents technical procedures.

Leads URUS beef sales strategy, execution, market expansion, and value-chain development across North America and international markets. Oversees sales teams, budgets, training, performance metrics, strategic accounts, Beef × Beef and Beef × Dairy programs, Leachman product growth, and global partnerships. Builds commercial opportunities across the beef value chain and contributes to broader senior leadership strategy.
