Oversees sales teams, budgets, training, performance metrics, strategic accounts, Beef × Beef and Beef × Dairy programs, Leachman product growth, and global partnerships. Builds commercial opportunities across the beef value chain and contributes to broader senior leadership strategy.

Leads strategy, roadmap, governance, configuration, integrations, data management, releases, and adoption for Oracle HCM Cloud and connected People applications. Partners with HR, Finance, Digital, Security, Compliance, Payroll, and regional stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, improve automation, maintain data quality, support workforce planning, and ensure scalable global platform operations. Oversees UAT, change management, documentation, compliance, and team collaboration while applying AI-driven opportunities to improve employee and manager experiences.

Leads end-to-end architecture for cloud-hosted applications and platforms, including shared platform capabilities, security, governance, cost optimization, data and integration architecture, modernization, observability, and resilience. Partners with engineering, security, product, data, and enterprise architecture teams; reviews designs, establishes standards, guides migrations, evaluates cloud technologies, and mentors engineers and SREs. Requires deep AWS or Azure expertise, cloud-native distributed systems experience, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, security, data platforms, and integration architecture knowledge.

Develop and modernize a production React Native mobile application supporting offline-first workflows, BLE device integrations, synchronization, scalability, performance, and reliability. Design and maintain application features, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor developers, provide technical leadership, and engage with farm customers. Occasional travel to customer locations is required.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable batch and streaming data pipelines in Databricks using Python, Spark, SQL, and Delta Lake. Supports SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS environments while improving performance, reliability, data quality, and scalability. Integrates enterprise data sources, applies warehousing best practices, and partners with business and IT teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and AI/ML data solutions.
