Entry-level client-facing role supporting market research facility operations and hospitality. Greet clients and respondents, set up and tear down research rooms, assist with food service and A/V/streaming technology, manage reception duties, perform administrative tasks, and maintain confidentiality. May support recruiting, data management, and other operational initiatives.

Own research studies end-to-end: define scope and schedule, staff and brief teams, drive execution and client communications, manage budgets and financials, report outcomes, and close projects on time and on budget.
