Administer and troubleshoot VMware Cloud Foundation environments (vSphere, NSX, vSAN) including patching via SDDC Manager, VM migrations, vulnerability remediation, backups/restores, system monitoring, and documenting changes. Provide root-cause analysis, support test environments for a government customer, and brief stakeholders. Perform NSX networking tasks (routing, distributed firewall, NAT, load balancing, micro-segmentation) and ensure DoD compliance.

Operate a 24/7 Global Network Operations and Security Center: monitor network, systems and cloud environments; perform incident management and escalation; coordinate change management during rotating shifts; support MDA cybersecurity, O&M metrics, and communicate status to executive management and the government customer.

Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud-native DevSecOps solutions on Kubernetes, AKS, ECS, and OpenShift. Lead migrations using IaC (Terraform, Helm, Ansible, Bash), enforce DoD container hardening and compliance, manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud databases, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.
