Partners with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to translate strategy into execution, manage company planning and OKRs, prepare board and executive materials, analyze SaaS metrics, design leadership meetings, and drive cross-functional alignment and follow-through. Serves as a strategic advisor with broad influence, significant autonomy, and no people-management responsibilities.

Leads LaunchDarkly’s enterprise AI operating model, including portfolio management, spend and adoption reporting, governance, policy operations, vendor reviews, audits, roadmap tracking, communications, and enablement. Partners with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, executives, and distributed AI centers of excellence to improve responsible AI adoption, reduce duplication and costs, accelerate reviews, and demonstrate measurable business value.

Lead LaunchDarkly’s product management organization across all product pillars, owning organizational design, roadmap execution, product operating systems, portfolio discipline, packaging, customer insights, and commercial outcomes. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, and finance to deliver reliable product commitments, improve activation and expansion, and apply AI-assisted practices to increase development leverage and delivery speed.
