Need: There are over 744 startup companies in the Front Range with over 9000 active members according to New Tech Colorado (www.bdnt.org).An increasing volume of new companies are being incubated through Innosphere and other accelerators like Tallwave and Techstars in the areas of Cleantech, Water, Energy, and Tech starting in Fort Collins and neighboring areas, but there are presently ZERO accommodations dedicated to the people who are driving this innovation and designed to nurture and support their needs and lifestyle wishes while on the road for business or pleasure.
