Supervise day-to-day operations of a youth residential program, ensuring resident safety and welfare; lead and train residential counselors; coordinate schedules, activities, and outings; provide direct care and crisis response; maintain records, medication administration, and reporting.

Unpaid fall internship supporting nonprofit communications and volunteer management: write and post monthly blog stories, create social media content, recruit and onboard volunteers, manage day-of volunteer logistics, assist with the End of Year Appeal, and collaborate with the communications team. Requires in-office attendance twice weekly and travel to client sites. Must earn school credit and commit to at least three continuous months.
