Field-based sales intern supporting Purina dealers and cooperatives across the West Region. Responsibilities include growing existing customer accounts, building sales pipelines, promoting animal nutrition products, analyzing local market opportunities, and engaging directly with producers through farm visits, meetings, events, and feed trials. The role includes training, mentorship, customer-facing sales activities, and projects focused on territory growth and product adoption.

A 24-month rotational talent program offering two 12-month assignments across supply chain and operations functions, including manufacturing, logistics, quality, engineering, sourcing, merchandising, and continuous improvement. Participants complete formal training, strategic projects, career development, and networking while gaining experience across Land O’Lakes divisions. Successful participants may qualify for future supply chain leadership and operational roles. Relocation to available locations and travel are required.

Participate in a two-year rotational sales program focused on seed, crop protection, crop nutrients, and agronomic services. Build relationships with growers and retailers, develop business and sales skills, conduct field trials, analyze data, present product insights, and support total-acre solutions. The role requires significant travel, relocation between rotations, physical work in farm environments, extended hours during peak seasons, and operation of a company vehicle.
