Provide exceptional customer service for order entry, pricing, availability, and quality issues. Execute order management SOPs, ensure accurate order lifecycle completion, escalate and resolve issues, liaise with sales/supply chain/manufacturing, maintain accounts in Salesforce, ensure SOX compliance, identify process trends and recommend improvements.

Serve as a field agronomist to coach retail sellers and growers on seed, crop protection, and foliar nutrition; deliver trainings, support sales calls, run trials/insights, inform product pipeline, and drive new market opportunities. Partner with product managers and sales teams, create local account plans, and travel frequently within the assigned geography to support Advanced Acre solutions.

The Sales Account Manager will drive growth in large dairy and feedlot operations, develop account strategies, provide market intelligence, and lead producer engagement while achieving sales targets.
