Teams at L.A. Truck Centers

Develops new business and expands existing accounts for commercial vehicle financing and leasing. Responsibilities include prospecting, market research, relationship management, pipeline development, negotiating and closing deals, analyzing financial requirements, and increasing revenue. Supervises department employees through hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, and policy enforcement. Maintains customer service standards, resolves complaints, and visits customers to support strong relationships.

Supports Parts Department operations by managing vendor payments, accounting schedules, daily payment reconciliations, payroll support, reporting, inventory-related processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also supports safety programs, staff training, quality assurance, process development, strategic projects, and coordination with procurement, logistics, suppliers, and Parts Management.
