Supervise and support Front-end operations to deliver excellent customer service, maintain safety and quality standards, manage scheduling, cash control, budgets, and associate performance. Assist department manager in reaching sales, profit, and operational goals while enforcing food safety, equipment maintenance, and loss-prevention procedures.

Provide customer-focused pharmacy support including dispensing medications, counseling patients, processing prescriptions and insurance, stocking and inventory tasks, assisting with immunizations under pharmacist supervision, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting department sales and quality standards.

Provide excellent customer service while assisting the pharmacist: receive and input prescriptions, dispense medications, counsel patients, recommend OTC products, process insurance and authorizations, deliver filled prescriptions, administer immunizations under supervision, maintain inventory and cleanliness, and follow safety and quality standards in a retail pharmacy environment.
