Implement React front-ends and Node.js/NestJS back-end APIs, troubleshoot production systems (databases, queues, caches, microservices), write tests and clean code, collaborate with product and design, participate in code reviews, and prioritize technical debt while scaling the user base.

Lead architecture and technical roadmap for core backend services, design scalable APIs and data pipelines, debug and optimize distributed systems, mentor engineers, drive cross-team initiatives, and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability while remaining hands-on with code.
