Lead CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Scalr), network design, and incident response; collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in on-call rotation. Integrate AI tools to streamline development and troubleshooting.

Lead a major revenue segment, oversee SVPs and their teams, and drive predictable growth through pipeline discipline, forecasting, deal strategy, renewals, cross-functional alignment, and executive-level negotiations. Coach leaders, manage customer risk, and apply AI tools to improve forecast quality and scale coaching and execution.
