Provides operational and administrative support to the Legal Department, including contract administration, corporate governance, entity management, claims and litigation support, legal billing, subpoena response, due diligence, compliance training, and legal records management. The role coordinates with internal teams, vendors, insurers, IT, and project teams while maintaining confidential information and managing multiple priorities.

Manage the full federal subcontract lifecycle, including solicitation, bidder evaluation, cost and risk analysis, negotiations, contract administration, compliance, invoicing, performance monitoring, dispute resolution, and closeout. Coordinate with project, program, and prime contract teams; oversee subcontractor due diligence, small business commitments, documentation, metrics, deliverables, and adherence to FAR, DFARS, and government contracting requirements.

Leads the enterprise cybersecurity program, including strategy, governance, cyber risk, federal compliance, security architecture, DevSecOps, cloud security, incident response, resilience, third-party risk, data protection, and workforce security. Advises executive leadership and the Board, manages security teams, budgets, vendors, and transformation roadmaps, and oversees CMMC, NIST, DFARS, CUI, and FCI compliance.
