Leads the company’s claims, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and dispute-resolution matters. Manages outside counsel, litigation strategy, discovery, reserves, insurance reporting, and executive claims reporting. Advises project teams on contractual and legal risks, supports commercial contracting, corporate governance, compliance, investigations, mergers and acquisitions, and risk mitigation. Requires a Juris Doctorate, active state bar membership, and at least 15 years of construction law or related experience managing complex litigation, claims, outside counsel, and significant budgets.

Provides part-time administrative support for the Golden, Colorado office, including word processing, document production, office supply ordering, reception, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, onboarding, accounts payable, credit card reconciliation, and coordination with building management and corporate IT. Supports engineers, project managers, field technicians, and construction professionals while maintaining organized office operations and professional communication.
