Reviews and codes litigation documents for relevance, confidentiality, privilege, responsiveness, and issues using Relativity and Nebula. Performs quality-control checks, assists with privilege and redaction logs, follows detailed project instructions, meets accuracy and productivity standards, and works independently in a secure remote environment.

Review documents from data breaches to identify PII, PHI, and other sensitive data using eDiscovery platforms. Meet accuracy and speed targets, follow written/verbal instructions, attend trainings, maintain confidentiality, track hours, and communicate with project leadership. Project-based, fully remote (US-only), minimum 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM ET.

Provides high-level executive support to the CEO and leadership team, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, confidential matters, and follow-through. Writes and edits executive and company-wide communications, coordinates all-hands and leadership events, prepares Board materials, and supports change communications. Improves executive-office workflows using Microsoft 365, AI tools, templates, trackers, and repeatable processes.
