Advises hospitality prospects and sales teams, translating Klaviyo’s CRM platform into executive-level business value and revenue outcomes. Supports strategic opportunities, develops hospitality playbooks, synthesizes market and customer intelligence, informs product and marketing strategy, and represents Klaviyo at industry events. Builds relationships with executives, influencers, partners, and customers while strengthening the company’s scalable hospitality go-to-market motion.

Manage a portfolio of Global Services operational projects, translating ambiguous needs into plans and coordinating cross-functional execution. Own systems, automations, process documentation, reporting, dashboards, and operational improvements using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, and Zapier. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, IT, Product, and external partners to improve service delivery, resourcing, reporting accuracy, and scalable workflows.

Lead Klaviyo’s global compensation strategy, including job architecture, pay structures, equity and long-term incentives, executive compensation, pay equity, and global market expansion. Advise leaders on hiring and retention investments, support Compensation Committee governance, manage budgets and equity models, and lead a high-performing compensation team. Improve processes through technology, analytics, AI, and automation.
