Leads client data intelligence implementations, managing Implementation Analysts and Data Engineers. Provides technical guidance on SQL, data modeling, transformations, and integrations; coordinates execution, resolves blockers, validates designs, improves delivery processes, and ensures quality and on-time outcomes. Coaches team members, establishes execution standards, reduces rework, and serves as a client-facing escalation point.

The People Business Partner aligns talent strategies with business objectives and leads workforce planning, talent development, performance management, engagement, retention, and organizational change initiatives. The role coaches leaders, analyzes HR metrics, identifies staffing and skill gaps, and collaborates with HR, finance, operations, and senior leadership to improve organizational performance and employee growth.

Leads the Data Intelligence product roadmap, prioritization, launches, and execution. Manages Product Managers and Product Owners while partnering with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Services, and executives. Oversees Agile delivery, release readiness, KPI tracking, risk management, cross-product initiatives, and go-to-market enablement. The role drives adoption, commercial outcomes, and connected data capabilities for banks and credit unions.
