The role drives adoption, commercial outcomes, and connected data capabilities for banks and credit unions.

Owns risk-based test strategy, manual testing, and UI/API automation for a data-heavy enterprise banking platform. Builds Playwright and TypeScript test frameworks, manages regression coverage, test environments, data, defects, and Jira/Xray traceability. Diagnoses application, test, infrastructure, and environment issues while improving CI/CD feedback, framework health, and release readiness. The role also evaluates and governs AI-assisted QA workflows, partners with Product and Engineering, mentors teammates, and drives continuous quality improvements.
