Drives value engineering, cost savings, safety, quality, regulatory, and financial compliance while coaching project contributors. The role supports automation implementation, equipment start-ups, and continuous improvement in 24/7 operations, with travel exceeding 50% across North America.

Leads the design, implementation, and improvement of distribution-center automation systems and Blue Yonder WMS processes. Manages project timelines, risks, requirements, vendors, operational readiness, system go-live, training, change management, and adoption. Applies supply chain and operations expertise, data analysis, and continuous-improvement principles to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Requires extensive travel to support implementations and ramp-up activities.
