Enable regional partners to successfully deliver Keyfactor products and services through training, technical support, content development, project playbooks, and performance tracking. Serve as a technical champion and escalation point, coordinate partner-to-support handoffs, collaborate with sales and services teams, and ensure partner projects meet business goals while reducing time to value.

Develop and execute product marketing strategies for enterprise security solutions. Conduct customer, market, competitive, and win-loss research; shape product positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and buyer content. Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Marketing, and partners to drive acquisition, adoption, expansion, and commercial performance. Track launch, pipeline, adoption, content, and competitive metrics to improve execution.

Leads product marketing strategy for Keyfactor’s technical enterprise security solutions. Responsibilities include defining target buyers and use cases, influencing product roadmaps, developing positioning and messaging, leading go-to-market launches, enabling sales and partners, analyzing pipeline and competitive performance, and building a high-performing product marketing team. The role partners closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership in a remote U.S. environment.
