Teams at Keyfactor

Own the Keyfactor Platform SaaS product lifecycle from strategy and ideation through launch and iteration. Define roadmaps, prioritize features, manage the backlog, write requirements and user stories, and partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Gather customer feedback, monitor performance, communicate progress to stakeholders, and maintain relationships with customers and partners. The role requires comfort with PKI, cryptography, cybersecurity, and enterprise security software.

Owns channel strategy and partner coverage across the Eastern United States. Builds strategic relationships, joint business plans, partner-sourced pipeline, enablement programs, and multi-partner co-sell opportunities. Collaborates with sales, marketing, alliances, solutions engineering, and executive stakeholders to accelerate deals and expand enterprise cybersecurity reach. Uses AI-enabled tools and Salesforce to improve account intelligence, forecasting, pipeline attribution, partner engagement, and sales efficiency. The role requires extensive travel throughout the East region.

Supports post-sale technical relationships for customer accounts, helping with solution adoption, routine technical requests, onboarding, account meetings, issue escalation, and usage monitoring. Coordinates with Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, documents customer updates and action items, and contributes to customer-facing resources and process improvements under senior team supervision.
