Provides second-line cybersecurity and technology risk oversight for Key Technology Services and enterprise technology, data, and AI/ML environments. Evaluates controls, conducts risk and gap assessments, monitors security initiatives, assesses third-party and emerging technology risks, advises on mitigation, supports audits and regulatory examinations, and escalates significant issues. The role requires collaboration with business leaders, auditors, and regulators while tracking corrective actions and emerging cyber and AI risks.

Provides branch-based financial services, processes cash and other transactions, resolves client service issues, and identifies opportunities to deepen client relationships. Recommends financial products and wellness solutions, educates clients on digital banking, conducts proactive outreach, meets sales and activity goals, maintains compliance and security procedures, and collaborates with branch teammates. The role requires cash handling, client relationship development, Saturday availability, and occasional driving between locations.

Provide investment advice and financial planning to mass-affluent clients, grow new and existing relationships, cross-sell bank products, meet sales and referral goals, coach branch staff, and coordinate investment product delivery while complying with KeyBank policies.
