Manage Walmart account business plans, sales and profitability targets, customer trade investment, forecasts, promotions, pricing, merchandising, and new product listings. Build relationships with Walmart and internal teams across marketing, supply chain, finance, category management, and shopper marketing. Lead OGX brand innovation and global marketing initiatives across hair and body products. The role requires strategic thinking, strong collaboration, analytical skills, and experience executing brand strategies and business plans.

Develop SKU-level demand forecasts for the Digestive Health and Eye portfolio using SAP Demand Planning and IBP processes. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, and other partners using historical data, POS trends, inventory, and promotional information. Lead forecast reviews, communicate gaps, maintain MAPE and forecast accuracy metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.
