Lead design and scaling of a high-performance, data-intensive storage layer for network telemetry. Co-own multi-year roadmap, collaborate with product/support/sales, and solve challenging distributed storage and query-performance problems at large scale.

Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities: product demos, proofs-of-concept, RFIs/RFPs, onboarding, feature feedback, integrations, and travel to customer sites to drive bookings and customer success.

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for onboarding, maintaining customer relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities, ensuring clients achieve desired outcomes.
