Kentik Benefits Overview

Lead post-sales technical professional services projects to implement and integrate Kentik, provide network observability guidance, analyze customer telemetry to surface value, assist integrations via APIs and scripting, run technical check-ins, and channel product feedback while partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Requires deep networking protocol and router/server experience and up to 25% travel.

Serve as a post-sales technical lead delivering professional services and network observability guidance. Lead technical projects, integrate Kentik with customer systems, analyze telemetry to recommend optimizations, and act as a trusted advisor between customers and internal Product/Engineering teams to expand platform usage.

Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities: product demos, proofs-of-concept, RFIs/RFPs, onboarding, feature feedback, integrations, and travel to customer sites to drive bookings and customer success.
