Teams at Keesen Landscape Management

Provides hands-on HR support across five branches, partnering with leaders on recruiting, workforce planning, employee relations, payroll, onboarding, benefits, surveys, HR programs, reporting, compliance, and employee data management. The role requires maintaining ADP records, supporting employees and managers, and traveling to local branches as needed. Candidates should have 3–5 years of generalist HR experience, multi-location support experience, HR systems knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, service quality, contract retention, profitability, and enhancement sales. Build client relationships, conduct site visits, estimate and sell improvements, resolve concerns, coordinate maintenance and specialty teams, support irrigation technicians, and manage crews and subcontractors. The role requires at least five years of commercial landscape experience and flexibility for snow-related work outside normal hours.

Supports the business development team through prospect research, CRM administration, opportunity and proposal coordination, sales documentation, scheduling, event support, and follow-up tracking. Maintains accurate pipeline and account information, coordinates internal reviews and deadlines, prepares meeting materials, and liaises with Marketing to support collateral, campaigns, events, and customer communications.
