Develops new business for a landscape management company by prospecting, networking, negotiating, and closing client relationships. Maintains opportunity data in Aspire CRM, collects property and service information, validates measurements, develops and presents proposals, and transitions new clients to field operations. Manages customer communications and supports revenue growth through lead generation, sales estimation, job costing, and proposal development.

Supports the business development team through prospect research, CRM administration, opportunity and proposal coordination, sales documentation, scheduling, event support, and follow-up tracking. Maintains accurate pipeline and account information, coordinates internal reviews and deadlines, prepares meeting materials, and liaises with Marketing to support collateral, campaigns, events, and customer communications.

The Business Development Manager will build market position by developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships while managing customer communications and proposals.
