Manages client accounts and portfolios while leading cross-functional programs from award through closeout. Oversees timelines, scope, budgets, risks, quality, change orders, invoicing, vendor coordination, and client communications. Leads meetings, develops project plans, supports proposals and process improvements, and mentors team members. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of industry experience, project management experience, GMP familiarity, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Leads cost and schedule management for multiple biopharmaceutical customer programs. Responsibilities include financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, Estimates at Completion, resource planning, contract administration, invoice tracking, earned-value analysis, variance analysis, risk mitigation, and program reporting. Partners with program managers, finance, contracts, and executives to establish baselines, monitor performance, resolve payment issues, and improve program control processes.

Designs, manages, and supports LAN/WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and IT/OT segmented network infrastructure across laboratory, manufacturing, and corporate environments. Configures switches, routers, and firewalls; troubleshoots connectivity issues; supports network security measures; monitors network performance; and documents technical procedures, configurations, and project plans. Requires strong routing, switching, VPN, IPv6, cloud, virtualization, and network security knowledge, plus a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience.
