Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and automated deployment systems for web applications. Configure Linux servers and AWS services including ECR, ECS, Fargate, RDS, IAM, and CloudWatch. Containerize legacy applications, implement testing and security scanning, troubleshoot pipeline and cloud issues, write supporting scripts and documentation, and train development teams on DevOps practices.

Monitor enterprise systems for performance, uptime, alerts, and anomalies in a 24/7 environment. Diagnose basic application and infrastructure issues, manage JIRA tickets, document incidents, communicate service interruptions, and support maintenance and deployments. Maintain RHEL baselines and assist with containerized environments, security monitoring, risk management framework activities, compliance tools, and technical documentation. Escalate complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Oversee Navy Learning Stack contract programs, managing personnel, schedules, risks, deliverables, staffing, stakeholder communications, and contract compliance. Supervise multidisciplinary teams supporting software development, engineering, cybersecurity, testing, training, operations, analytics, and sustainment. Coordinate Agile and DevSecOps activities, Government taskings, reporting, workforce planning, and performance reviews. Maintain DoD and Navy requirements, including security, documentation, and customer priorities.
