Leads onsite hotel operations and multidisciplinary teams across rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and food and beverage. Oversees guest experience, service quality, operating profit, revenue growth, cost controls, vendor relationships, and partner communications. Uses operational and financial data to identify trends, resolve recurring issues, develop improvement strategies, and execute property-level initiatives. Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and fostering an inclusive culture of operational excellence.

Lead Kasa’s national and regional B2B sales organization, driving corporate and group revenue growth. Build and coach a high-performing sales team, establish KPIs and performance routines, improve forecasting and reporting, secure national accounts, and develop scalable processes for prospecting, contracting, and handoff. Partner with Revenue Management, Operations, Distribution, and Marketing to align commercial strategy, pricing, inventory, and demand opportunities. Represent Kasa with customers and at industry events.

The Program Associate manages operational projects from kickoff through rollout and adoption. Responsibilities include rewriting SOPs, coordinating change management, training affected teams, supporting product and tooling improvements, tracking project outcomes, communicating status, and using operational data to measure impact. The role partners across hospitality, operations, program, portfolio, and Product teams and requires occasional travel to Kasa properties for implementation and testing.
