Leads Kapitus’ core lending product portfolio, including term loans and lines of credit. Owns product P&L, strategy, pricing, go-to-market execution, competitive intelligence, roadmap prioritization, regulatory alignment, and financial outcomes. Partners with Product Delivery, Risk, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and executives. Manages and develops a team of product managers while identifying opportunities for AI and machine learning to improve underwriting, decisioning, offers, and borrower communications.

Provides daily sales and partner support for ISO/MRP channel partners, including contract management, document and underwriting review, pipeline updates, partner communications, CRM record maintenance, onboarding, recertification, and account assignments. Coordinates with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, and Underwriting while responding to partner inquiries and maintaining accurate records. Supports partner relationship management, communicates policies and incentives, and helps ensure compliant, timely processing of financing opportunities.

Develop and maintain Python backend services, primarily with Flask, while designing scalable architecture and integrating legacy systems. Build AWS solutions using Lambda, Cognito, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB; maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code with OpenTofu and Terraform. Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, contribute to technical decisions and engineering standards, review code, and mentor junior developers.
