Build and deploy customer-specific AI agent capabilities as a Forward-Deployed Engineer. Responsibilities include prompt and software development, RAG and tool integrations, evaluation suites, speech assets, latency optimization, production deployment, customer discovery, and ongoing tuning. The role requires translating domain needs into versioned, tested, reusable engineering artifacts while collaborating with customer teams and contributing proven patterns back to the platform foundation.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, driving adoption, retention, value realization, and expansion across PathFactory and Kaltura solutions. Develop customized account strategies, lead executive check-ins, monitor account health and usage, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams. Advise marketing and IT stakeholders, manage complex multinational accounts, forecast pipeline, and ensure customers achieve business outcomes.

Drive new enterprise business across the North American technology sector by prospecting, managing complex $100K–$1M+ sales cycles, conducting value-based demonstrations, building predictable pipelines, and closing high-value SaaS and AI deals. Engage executives, procurement, legal, and security stakeholders while partnering with regional leadership, solutions engineering, and product teams.
