Provide Workday Core HCM configuration and advisory services across AMS engagements. Lead requirement gathering, configuration, testing guidance, and cross-stream coordination. Support implementations, post-production services, client-facing advisement, and mentor junior team members while contributing to presales and internal process improvements.

Work with clients to transform planning, forecasting, and reporting using Workday Adaptive Planning. Apply FP&A expertise across projects (workforce planning, executive reporting, finance transformation), deliver client-facing consulting, and grow through training, certification, and mentorship.

Lead strategy, delivery excellence, and capability growth for Workday HCM and PATTS across the Americas. Ensure high-quality implementation delivery, partner with sales and AMS, build repeatable delivery assets, scale regional operating models, and manage people leadership, staffing, and capability development across multi-disciplinary teams.
